Delivery and payment
Depending on the
selected DELIVERY method, the order is shipped as follows:
1.
Delivery
via Poşta Română.
Delivery time: 7–10
business days. For orders placed via POŞTA ROMÂNĂ, books are picked up at the
post office serving the delivery address, with payment due upon delivery.
2.
Express
courier delivery.
Delivery time: 24–48
hours. The package is delivered to your home or to the address specified for
delivery.
Shipping fees depend on the method chosen:

Romanian Post (maximum 10 business days), fee 15.00 lei

Fan Curier (24–48 hours), fee 25.00 lei

Cargus (24–48 hours), fee 15.00 lei
Orders over 150 lei
qualify for free shipping via Poşta Română or Cargus.
Orders over 250 lei
qualify for free shipping via Fan Curier.
Delivery is subject to
available stock. For in-stock items, delivery will be made according to the
selected option, and any additional delays will be communicated.
The final price
consists of the product price plus shipping fees. No additional fees are
charged upon purchase beyond the price calculated in this manner.
Payment for the
ordered books can be made as follows:
1. Cash on delivery,
upon pickup of the package from the courier or the post office
2. Credit/debit
card. The security of online card payments is ensured through Banca
Transilvania’s payment processor. We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard,
and Maestro debit and credit cards, as well as educational, cultural, gift, and
teaching bonus cards issued by Edenred, Sodexo, and Up Romania.
Card details are not
stored on our store’s servers but are transmitted directly, via a secure
connection, to the payment processor. Transactions are protected by the 3D
Secure system, which provides an additional level of cardholder authentication
and ensures payments are made under conditions of maximum security.
Steps for paying by
credit card
1.
Fill in
the required information on the payment page, including your card details. This
information is transmitted in encrypted form to the bank’s payment processor.
2.
The bank
verifies the card’s validity and the availability of funds for the transaction.
3.
If you
have enabled 3D Secure, you will be redirected to the issuing bank’s page to
confirm the payment using the authentication method established by the bank
(banking app, SMS code, etc.).
4.
After
confirming the transaction, you will receive a payment confirmation
notification, and our store will be automatically notified that the payment has
been made.
5.
The order
will be processed and prepared for delivery.
International
Shipping
We ship worldwide via
Poşta Română and its partners in each country. Shipping costs vary depending on
the package’s weight and destination.
After you place your
order, we will calculate the shipping costs and provide you with a quote.
Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or credit card.
Delivery can also be
arranged via international courier, at their standard rates.
